The resulting design is warm and dynamic, featuring rich chocolate, caramel, cocoa, and red tones. In the hallways, grasscloth wall coverings create pleasing visual texture, while enabling accent pieces and art to be changed regularly. And, because many residents have substantial private art collections, their art was able to be incorporated seamlessly into the design, creating community and a sense of ownership of these public spaces.
This upscale condominium complex’s public spaces needed an updated look that would not compete with the design within each individual living space.
